The popular iPhone 4 is finally available in the Middle East namely Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Vodafone has priced the iPhone 4 at QR2850 in comparison to the old iPhone which sold at QR 3145. We have heard conflicting reports that Facetime does not work due to security restrictions. Could someone please confirm this ?
