Samsung Champ, an entry-level touchscreen phone is now available in India for approximately Rs 4,000. The Champ has a 2.4 inch touchscreen, a 1.3 MP camera, FM radio and music player, video player, Bluetooth 2.1 A2DP and a 3.5 mm audio headset jack. It has a 1,000 mAh battery, which Samsung claims is good enough for 12 hours of talktime.
The device has been launched to give competition to other low end device manufacturers including MicroMax , Karbonn and Lemon.
