Review : Beta Brainwavz M2

Sometime back I had reviewed a entry level IEM called Beta Brainwavz Pro from Mp4 nation's in-house brand Brainwavz.Recently MP4 came up with a new mid-segment IEM called the Brainwavz M2 .Unlike the Betas the M2 are targeted more towards the mid-segment buyers ,with a price tag of ~69$. I was fortunate enough to get a chance to review the M2s before the launch and I was really surprised with the sound these IEMs could produce out of the box without much burn-in.

T Mobile G2 Facing Hardware Problems

T-Mobile G2 , the latest Android based smartphone on the T-Mobile network is reportedly affected with severe hardware issues. The problem is particularly noticeable when the device is held upside down which causes the screen to hang down. The problem can evidently be fixed by tightening the springs.

Nokia X7-00 Ready For @EldarMurtazin 's Preview

Posted On 10:13 AM by Dhruv 0 comments

Following the tradition of leaking handsets much before the release date , Russian Blogger Eldar Murtazin has let slip new images of the upcoming X7 device from Nokia. There is not much information to be gleaned right now other than that the device seems to be heading to AT&T in the US. The phone is rumored to come with four speakers which are said to be exceptionally loud. The screen is pegged at 4" and should an AMOLED panel. The operating system behind the Nokia X7-00 is the latest version of Symbian ie S^3. The firmware seems to be much further along than on current S^3 devices like the N8 , C7. The photographs and the previously leaked video show four homescreens instead of the current 3 in the present firmware. There are also some new UI changes in the form of new icons and new services added on.

With the hardware seemingly ready for production and the device running an advanced firmware revision , it is possible that the X7-00 will be announced soon. Eldar was quick to announce that he did not really like the new Nokia smartphone.
